This is a test to see if I've configured everything right. When I started using Typepad for my blog, I didn't like the compose editor very much. Maybe because I tended to write my posts in Word and then I would cut and paste into the editor. This made for formating problems, so I wound up switching to Microsoft Live Writer to create and edit my posts and then I could publish from there to my Typepad blog. I recently found out that I could send a mini-feed of my new posts here on Typepad to my Facebook account. I clicked on the appropriate boxes and thought, "Awesome, connectivity is a wonderful thing!" I set everything up and then, last night, I published a post as I normally do from Live Writer. Nothing happened. Nothing appeared in Facebook. I wondered why, so I checked today and found out that the posts have to originate from Typepad. Typepad says that it has a new and improved compose editor, so we'll see how new and improved it is as I start the new year using it to create my posts.
So, all of that to say this is a test… and Happy New Year!
