The Civil Wars are no more, but Joy Williams is still singing.  She collaborated with longtime friend Hayley Williams (no relation) of Paramore for this song and it’s quite lovely.  

I went with my daughter to church today.  The message was on Ephesians 6:14-17, the armor of God.  It wasn’t a message on power though, because we are powerless.  It was on putting on Christ.  It was on community.  It was good.  We sang this song.
