Every time I see the word infamous, I'm reminded of this scene from one of my favorite movies, Three Amigos. Now that's out of the way, on to the good stuff.
Heard this song this evening while in the car. Shazamed it to find out who the singer was and discovered Basia Bulat. Her fourth album was just released, which, of course, now prompts me to go looking for the other albums while wondering why I haven't heard of her before… She plays an autoharp!
I listened to several other songs from this album and they'll probably find their way here. I really like her.
I was fortunate to find this version of the song where she is playing an autoharp instead of guitar.
Couldn't help myself… found her performing a Tiny Desk Concert for NPR! Can't believe it's from 2011! Why am I only now hearing her!!??
