Advent is upon us as of tomorrow, November 30th. It begins with the fourth Sunday before Christmas and ends on Christmas Eve. As before, I will be sharing Advent songs every day until Christmas to help me focus on this season of expectation and preparation.
I heard this song tonight as I was preparing for another performance. A reminder to me to still my heart in anticipation, not of the show, though I do need to still my nerves before I go out, but anticipation of what God will reveal this Christmas season in His word of His Son and how my heart must be still before Him as He works His perfect will.
