The day started with a costume parade at the boys' school. It ended with family hanging out together after an evening of "trunk or treating" at a local church. The boys came away with a TON of candy from collecting candy from an assortment of church members' trunks and then running from game to game to game to collect even more candy… all the while Gaga is trotting along trying to keep up. Glass of wine back at home, after all that excitement, was most welcome.
Sitting here, after everyone has gone and the rest of the family is asleep. I'm listening to the rain falling and enjoying this moment. I found this song and it pretty much matches my mood, so here you go.
