So, did you miss me…? I really have no good reason for not posting other than I didn’t have time and/or energy this past week. It started with my daughter and grandbabies visiting for the weekend which allowed no real time (or energy) to sit and think about music or writing. Then they left and I still had no real energy (or desire) to write. Other stuff (like re-assembling the house after the boys left) got in the way, it seemed. But I can’t blame them. We were having too much fun to bother with posting music, particularly when I’m not really sure who even reads these posts. Though I DID find out this past weekend that my nephew reads them. A surprise.
That all said, I’m back. Not sure what I’m gonna do about the gap. I may post additional songs here and there to fill in. I may just leave it as a summer break, a hiatus, of sorts.
This tune was rumbling around in my head this evening. It actually seems appropriate, too. Not sure I want to elaborate on that just yet, but this is my song tonight from a favorite band.
