Heard a necessary message tonight on Spiritual Disciplines. Much grace abounded throughout the talk and it was good. My takeaway from the talk was that disciplines are not the end, but the means to the end, more of God.
I also saw a trailer for an upcoming movie about a man that I have admired for a long time and miss greatly, Rich Mullins. His music still rings true today and it reminds me of the disciplines we discussed tonight. It’s not the end, but a means to the end, more of God.
