Getting ready and looking forward to a long weekend. Tomorrow Santa Cruz, then Thursday I’m SoCal bound. Grandbabies here I come. Excited to go where the wild things are, the wildness and energy I call my boys. Maseo is the wildness and Uriah is the energy… or is it the other way around.
As I’m getting ready, I’m still listening to Elephant Revival’s new album, These Changing Skies. This has been an exciting year for me, alt or folk music-wise. How would you characterize them…? First Nickel Creek and now ER. Never mind, I don’t care what you call the music, I just know it just fills me in an indefinable and incredible way. I love it. This song… is pure bliss to me.
