Back home from a deliriously wonderful week spent with my daughter and her family, helping them with my newborn grandson. Arrived home late last night and completely blanked on posting a song of the day. Today was spent recovering from the crazy week spent with my two older grandsons. Just so you know, I’m talking about the same week.
I spent some days just holding Rhett as he slept in my arms or on my chest. Other days were spent wrestling and running around with the two older boys, playing games, tickling and running around some more. It was all delightful.
Today, I had appointments with my dentist and optometrist. I visited with my parents and then agreed to take my great niece, Kyla, to see Divergent… finally. I’ve read the books and had been looking forward to seeing the movie, but could never find the time, until today.
With all of that, here are my song selections for yesterday and today. The first is dedicated to my boys. I pray they never have to go to war.
The second song comes from the Divergent soundtrack and is dedicated to Kyla.
