Getting ready for another Half Marathon… Yeah, tomorrow's Los Angeles Rock 'n' Roll Halloween Half will make four Half Marathons that I've run this month. It started with the San Jose RnR Half on the 7th, then the San Francisco Nike the following weekend. I threw in the St. Joseph's Half Marathon in Stockton just for the heck of it last weekend and now I'm getting ready to go to bed early so I can get up early tomorrow morning and head to downtown LA for my final run of the month. It may be my final run of the year… I've started rehearsing for a play that will run for four weekends beginning mid-November so I've swapped the trails for the stage for a brief period, after which I'll hit the trails again training with TeamInTraining for the Spring Season. It all keeps me running.
