In keeping with the Olympic theme the last couple of days, I found this song and have to share it. I really like how the video cuts back and forth between scenes from previous Olympics and the lead-up to the London events. So many of the participants from before are here at this Olympics and it’s cool to see the clips of them competing then as I’m watching them compete again now in London.

I love the words and they are providing some healing inspiration for me as I regroup and get set to do some more marathons and half-marathons. Oh, yeah, just because I won’t be getting anything from Tiffany in SF this year, it doesn’t mean that I can’t go for some more heavy metal medals in San Jose and LA. And face it, I love Rock n Roll…
