I attended the Team In Training Inspiration Dinner tonight where we heard from TNT Alumni and Honorees who talked to us about what we are going to be doing tomorrow morning. We aren't just going to go out and run a marathon or half marathon. We are going out to run for those who can't. Some of us have honorees that we're running for, some who have survived cancer, some who didn't. I'm running in memory of my Tia Jesus, who recently died from lymphoma. I'm also running to honor the memory of Kellie Terzo and Rachel Rivera, and I'm also running to honor Lori Clark. During the dinner, a video montage was played showing pictures of honorees from around the country. This was one of the songs that was playing during the evening and I thought I'd share it here.
