Ok, so this is my official announcement that I plan to do a half-marathon this summer… Yeah, I know. Still trying to process it, myself, but I decided it’s time I got off my butt and started moving again. Yeah, I know marathons are usually run and, yeah, I know I don’t look like a runner, but I didn’t say I was running the marathon… I’m working up to that. It may be more of a run/walk, but I’m gonna do it. The “it” is the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego Marathon on June 3. Yeah, I know, the fact that it’s in San Diego had some influence on my decision. But it’s also for a good cause. I’ll also be raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as part of Team in Training.
I’ll use this site to keep you up to date on my progress. It may not be pretty, either…
