I saw this video and immediately thought of a friend who walked away because his parents divorced. He “followed the rules” as a young man; involved in youth group, attended church regularly. His parents divorced and he walked away from church, from everything. He’s a successful young businessman now, but his heart is cold toward God.
It’s not about teaching young people to follow rules! It’s about helping them find that relationship with Jesus.
