A prayer request

I’ve been blessed, over the past few years since I started blogging, by several faithful bloggers, pastors and others who share words of blessing and edification and instruction, as well as their lives.  I’ve learned from and laughed and cried with them, though I’ve never met any of them, such is the mixed blessing of this medium.

One of these bloggers from whom I’ve gained much is Steve McCoy at Reformissionary.  Not only do I enjoy his writing and photography, but I’ve learned about other amazing sites and links from him (he’s got a great Tim Keller resource page!).  And he’s also made me aware of some awesome music out there!  He was the one who pointed me to Beirut, and Vampire Weekend and a slew of other awesome musicians.

He now is in need of prayer, or rather his beautiful wife, Molly.  He shared last year as his wife underwent brain surgery for Chiari Malformation.  We prayed and rejoiced as she came through the surgery with great success.  She has spent the last year practically symptom-free and we have all been grateful along with them for this outcome.  Well, she is starting to see symptoms again.  I told them I would share this with others so we could all join in prayer and support a brother and sister in Christ.  You can read more here.  Thank you for letting me share.
