Harvest Gathering, November 2-3

I’ve attached below information on an upcoming conference with some awesome speakers and workshops.  If you have any interest in missions (BTW, God’s heart is a missionary heart, and we ALL have a role to play in the global harvest), you may be interested in attending.  I won’t be able to attend the Friday part, but I’m planning to attend on Saturday.

Steve Hoke and Michele Rickett both spoke at my Perspectives class earlier this year and they have amazing stories to share.  Tom Telford is just a kick in the pants!  He’s an engaging and challenging speaker.  BTW, one of the churches listed in his book, Today’s All-Star Missions Churches, is John Piper’s church, Bethlehem Bible Church.

Conference Fees

The conference theme is “People to Peoples: Making the Connection”.  The event is a combination of the ACMC and Perspectives movements, and is for anyone who wants to increase, inspire or invigorate a mission movement in their church.  The conference features several keynote speakers and more than 30 specialized workshops.  In addition there is an all-day children’s “World Kaleidoscope” on Saturday.  Conference fees include Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, refreshments and materials.
